Range International Director’s Interest Shift

Range International Limited (AU:RAN) has released an update.

Range International Limited has announced a change in the director’s interest, with Director Richard Jenkins seeing the expiry of 9,000,000 unlisted options without exercise or conversion. Prior to this change, Jenkins held a substantial indirect interest in the company through various entities, with a total of 99,281,031 ordinary shares across three different holdings. Post the expiry, Jenkins maintains the same number of ordinary shares but now holds no unlisted options.
