Range International Director’s Holdings Update

Range International Limited (AU:RAN) has released an update.

Stephen Bowhill, a director at Range International Limited, has reported a change in his direct and indirect interests in the company’s securities. Bowhill’s indirect holdings saw a reduction of 3 million unlisted options due to their expiry without exercise or conversion. Following this change, he maintains ownership of 600,000 direct ordinary shares and 22 million indirect ordinary shares, alongside 12 million remaining unlisted options.
