Stephen Bowhill has stepped down as director of Range International Limited, effective 9 September 2024, holding significant interests in the company. His interests include 600,000 fully paid ordinary shares, 22 million shares through Bowhill Family Superannuation Pty Ltd, and 12 million unlisted options via the Bowhill Family Trust. This change in directorship was disclosed to the ASX in accordance with regulatory requirements.
