Ramsdens Holdings PLC, a diversified financial services provider, has recently appointed Chris Muir as a Non-Executive Director, who brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles including CFO of ScS Group. Muir will also become the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee following the retirement of the Group’s Non-Executive Chairman Andy Meehan at the 2025 AGM. This strategic addition to the Board is aimed at bolstering Ramsdens’s long-term growth strategy.
