Ramp Metals Inc. has agreed to sell its Railroad Valley Project in Nevada to Canter Resources Corp in a deal involving shares and fee reimbursements, with additional terms including a retained royalty that can be repurchased. Meanwhile, the company is advancing exploration with a mapping and sampling program at its high-grade gold discovery, the Ranger target within the Rottenstone SW Project, to define drilling targets.
