Ramelius Director’s Shareholding Shifts

Ramelius Resources Limited (AU:RMS) has released an update.

In a recent update from Ramelius Resources Limited, Director Mark William Zeptner has undergone a significant change in his shareholding. Zeptner acquired 132,758 fully paid ordinary shares by exercising the same number of vested Performance Rights, which did not involve any cash consideration. Post transaction, Zeptner’s direct shareholding has increased to 2,886,729 shares with additional indirect holdings and unvested performance rights.
