RAKSUL INC. announced an extraordinary income due to the partial transfer of shares in its affiliate, HACOBELL INC. This strategic move is part of RAKSUL’s capital policy to boost HACOBELL’s growth and strengthen its logistics platform. As a result of the transaction, RAKSUL’s ownership in HACOBELL decreased, generating an estimated extraordinary income of JPY 1,044 million. This income will be reflected in the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending July 2025, with no current changes to the earnings forecast.
