Rain City Resources Embarks on Lithium JV in Argentina

Rain City Resources, Inc. (TSE:RAIN) has released an update.

Rain City Resources Inc. has partnered with Lithium Argentina Investments to form a joint venture, acquiring a 50% stake and access to 150,000 hectares of Argentinian land rich in lithium resources. The collaboration will leverage Rain’s proprietary ACCELi direct lithium extraction technology to develop and potentially commence production in an environmentally conscious manner. The venture aims to position Rain alongside major mining players in Argentina’s lithium-abundant northwest.
