Rain City Resources Inc. has successfully completed its previously announced debt settlements by issuing over 2.7 million common shares to clear $136,175 of debt, some of which was owed to related parties. In another strategic move, the company concluded the final payment for its Bro Property Purchase Agreement by issuing 10 million shares. These transactions are subject to regulatory approval and customary holding periods.
