Rain City Resources Inc. has successfully settled a debt of $136,175 by issuing over 2.7 million shares at $0.05 each, some to related parties, and plans to issue 10 million shares at $0.10 each as a final payment for the Bro Property Purchase Agreement. The transactions are subject to a four-month hold and require regulatory approval by the CSE.
