Rain City Resources Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its anticipated private placement, securing $1.361 million by issuing over 18 million shares. These funds are earmarked for the field testing of the company’s pioneering Direct Lithium Extraction technology in Texas, with results expected in the fourth quarter of 2024.
