Rain City Resources Inc. has successfully completed the second tranche of its private placement, raising $105,825 through the issuance of 1,411,000 new common shares. Additionally, the company has achieved a 7.5% earn-in into Avonlea Lithium Corporation, with plans to use the proceeds for the construction and field testing of a containerized pilot plant. CEO Benjamin Hill expressed optimism about the company’s progress and upcoming initiatives in North America and Latin America.
