The notice detailed a significant acquisition and disposal of securities, including the conversion of performance rights into ordinary shares with an associated value of $18,750. Post-change, Mr. Ljubojevic directly holds 250,000 ordinary shares and 50,000 options, and indirectly holds over 41 million shares through entities where he has interests.
