Raiden Resources Limited has struck a deal with Mallina Co Pty Ltd for the Arrow Gold project, retaining all Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum rights. Mallina commits to spending $600k on exploration, including drilling, within a year, with options to increase their project stake to 51% and then 75% through further investment. This transaction aligns with Raiden’s strategy to focus on its primary lithium projects while leveraging Mallina’s proven discovery track record.
