Ragusa Minerals advances U.S. manganese strategy and nears PTEL deal completion

Ragusa Minerals Ltd ( (AU:RAS) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Ragusa Minerals has appointed capital markets professional Petar Tomasevic as a Non-Executive Director, while Melanie Ross steps down from the board but continues as Company Secretary. Completion of the PTEL transaction will give Ragusa a controlling interest in a compliant OTC-quoted entity, potentially broadening its capital markets profile and funding avenues. Management frames the combined progress on board renewal, project exploration, and the PTEL deal as a major opportunity to enhance long-term value for shareholders and strengthen the company’s position in the critical minerals sector.
