Ragnar Metals Limited has reported a change in the holdings of Director Ariel (Eddie) King, with the expiry of 950,000 Listed Options without exercise. Following the change, King still holds over 4 million Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, various classes of Performance Rights, and a significant number of Unlisted Options across multiple entities. The alteration in King’s interests reflects a shift in his stake but does not involve any transaction or consideration.
