Raffles Medical Group Ltd has announced changes to its Board of Directors, including the appointment of Mr. Lew Yoong Keong Allen as the Lead Independent Director and Mr. Lim Sim Seng as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee. The company also acknowledges Mr. Eric Ang Teik Lim’s retirement after nine years of service, thanking him for his leadership, particularly as the Lead Independent Director since 2022.
