Raffles Education Limited announced that the court has granted a discharge not amounting to an acquittal for Mr. Ng Kwan Meng, an Independent Non-Executive Director, due to his health condition. Despite the ongoing investigations by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Commercial Affairs Department, Mr. Ng will continue to serve as a director, with the Independent and Nominating Committees supporting his continued appointment.
