The latest announcement is out from Radius Residential Care Ltd ( (NZ:RAD) ).
Radius Residential Care Ltd, a New Zealand aged-care provider with a portfolio of care homes, retirement villages, home support services and an online assisted-living shop, is expanding its national footprint with the acquisition of Karori Village in Wellington and development projects in Belfast, Hokitika, Matamata and Invercargill. The company employs more than 2,000 staff and is using private property investor support to accelerate new-build care homes and brownfield village expansions.
Radius Care reported record FY26 results, with profit before tax rising 37% to $14.3m, net profit up 34% to $9.5m, revenue up 14% to $202.3m and strong occupancy of 94.9%, enabling a 50% increase in the final dividend to 1.2 cents per share. Robust cash flow, reduced interest costs, and growing EBITDAR per bed are funding higher shareholder returns, care capacity expansion, the launch of clinician-designed Luma continence products, and the nationwide growth of home support services, positioning the group for further earnings growth in FY27.
