Radio Fuels Energy Corp. has agreed to acquire NV King Goldlands, promising to create the largest junior gold explorer in Nevada and provide shareholders of both companies with strategic benefits. The deal, expected to close in Q4 2024, will be finalized through a plan of arrangement, with NV King shareholders owning 40% of the combined entity. This business combination will bolster Radio Fuels’ project portfolio and financial position, with approximately $20 million in cash and marketable securities.
