Radcom Ltd. has announced the postponement of its 2024 Annual General Meeting, originally scheduled for September 25, to October 15, to allow for ongoing discussions with key shareholders. The company plans to issue updated proxy materials soon, which may include changes to the compensation policies and schemes for directors and the chairman. Shareholders who have already voted do not need to take any further action for their votes to be valid at the rescheduled meeting.
