RADCOM Ltd. announced changes to its board of directors with Mr. Matty Karp stepping down for personal reasons, and the immediate appointment of Mr. Sami Totah, a partner at Viola Growth and seasoned board member in tech companies, as an independent director. Mr. Totah brings a wealth of experience, including leadership roles in various high-tech ventures.
