Rackla Metals Inc. has successfully closed its final tranche of private placement financing, amassing a substantial $4.65 million, which will fund exploration and drilling activities on the Tombstone Gold Belt properties and other potential acquisitions. The final tranche alone added over $2.9 million to the company’s coffers through the sale of both hard-dollar and flow-through units. Rackla Metals, gearing up for a productive season, has also acknowledged the addition of new investors and is preparing for drilling operations to commence in early July.
