Race Oncology Ltd has announced the appointment of Dr. Serge Scrofani as a director of the company, effective from September 1, 2024. In compliance with ASX listing rule 3.19A.1, the company disclosed that Dr. Scrofani currently holds no registered or beneficial interests in the company’s securities, nor does he have interests in any contracts involving the company at the time of his appointment.
