Mode Global Holdings Plc ( (GB:MODE) ) has issued an update.
R8 Capital Investments PLC has successfully discharged its outstanding loan to note holders, amounting to £1,902,208, by arranging for them to receive shares in VVV Resources Limited, which is being renamed VVV Sports Limited. This transaction involved the issuance of 190,220,932 new ordinary shares in VVV to the note holders and 2,619,782 ordinary shares in R8 Capital to VVV. The company is also working on its audited accounts for 2024 and plans to apply for the restoration of its listing once these are released.
