QV Equities Acquisition by WAM Leaders Approved

WAM Leaders Limited (AU:WLE) has released an update.

QV Equities Limited has announced that the Federal Court of Australia has approved the acquisition scheme wherein WAM Leaders Limited will purchase all shares of QV Equities. Shareholders are expected to receive their Scheme Consideration—either in stock or cash—on July 15, 2024, following the scheme’s legal effectuation post-court order lodgment with ASIC. QVE shares will be suspended from trading from the close of trading on July 4, 2024, as the company proceeds with the final steps of the arrangement.
