Qunabox Group Limited has announced the resignations of Ms. FUNG Po Ting and Mr. CHENG Xing from their roles as Joint Company Secretaries and other positions, effective September 20, 2024. The company has proposed the appointments of Ms. NG Sau Mei and Ms. WANG Zan as their replacements. The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Fung’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Ng to her new role, amidst a waiver from strict compliance with certain Listing Rules.
