Quizam Media Corporation is excited to announce a private placement aimed to raise $180,000 by offering 6 million units at $0.03 each, with each unit including a common share and a half warrant exercisable at $0.15 for two years. The company’s CEO, Russ Rossi, is set to invest in 800,000 of these units. Quizam Media Corporation, through its subsidiaries, is involved in movie entertainment, online education, and operates a chain of cannabis dispensaries.
