Quizam Media Corporation has successfully completed a private placement, raising $180,000 by issuing 6 million units at $0.03 each, with a half purchase warrant per unit exercisable at $0.15 for the next 24 months. The placement attracted eight placees, including an insider company led by Russ Rossi. These securities will be on a four-month hold until September 10th, 2024.
