Quisitive Technology Solutions has announced the successful divestiture of its BankCard USA Merchant Services unit, focusing the company on cloud services and AI solutions in partnership with Microsoft. The strategic move includes a $40 million cash transaction and the return of over 133 million Quisitive shares, as well as the release from a $10 million earnout obligation. This transition is expected to strengthen Quisitive’s financial position and concentrate on growth in the high-potential cloud and AI sectors.
