Quilter PLC has announced that Coronation Fund Managers, based in Cape Town, South Africa, has crossed a significant threshold in its shareholding. As of September 12, 2024, Coronation Fund Managers increased its stake in Quilter PLC, now holding 21.058914% of the company’s voting rights, which corresponds to a total of 295,689,367 voting rights. This change in shareholding was officially notified to Quilter PLC on September 16, 2024.
