QuickLogic Board Reshuffles After Amicable Director Departure

Quicklogic Corp. (QUIK) just unveiled an announcement.

Radhika Krishnan stepped down from her role as a Class III director on the Board of QuickLogic Corporation to focus on her position at Amazon Web Services, effective March 31, 2024. Her resignation was amicable, with no disagreements cited, and led to the Board reducing its size as well as the number of members on two committees. Despite these changes, the company remains compliant with Nasdaq rules and has issued a press release expressing appreciation for Krishnan’s contributions.
