Bruce Coombes, alongside associated entities Jamada Holdings and Bonec Pty Ltd, has reported a reduction in their stake in QuickFee Limited from 8.57% to 6.40%. The decrease in their substantial holding is attributed to the dilution from a share purchase plan and the conversion of unlisted warrants, as well as the off-market sale of 6 million shares for $420,000. No new associations were formed, and no change in existing associations has occurred with this adjustment.
