QuickFee Director’s Equity Stake Increases Post-Vesting

QuickFee Ltd. (AU:QFE) has released an update.

QuickFee Limited has announced a significant change in director Michael McConnell’s interests, with the vesting and conversion of 1,107,955 performance rights into equity. This change leaves McConnell with a direct interest of 2,075,217 shares, as the performance rights previously granted under the company’s Performance Rights and Options Plan have now been fully converted. There were no indirect interests reported and the transaction involved no cash consideration.
