QuickFee Director’s Equity Stake Increases

QuickFee Ltd. (AU:QFE) has released an update.

QuickFee Limited has notified the ASX of a significant change in Director Bruce Coombes’ interests, where 2,037,030 performance rights have been vested and converted to equity. Following this transaction, Coombes now indirectly holds a total of 23,263,627 ordinary shares and 1,200,000 performance rights in the company. The conversion took place under the company’s existing Performance Rights and Options Plan, with no cash consideration involved in the change.
