Quetzal Copper Corp (TSE:Q) has released an update.
Quetzal Copper Corp. has launched a $2 million non-brokered private placement to fund its operations and exploration projects in British Columbia, offering both hard-dollar and flow-through units. Proceeds from the hard-dollar units will support general corporate needs, while funds from flow-through units will go toward exploration expenses, with tax incentives for investors. The initiative will advance the exploration of the historic Cristinas Project in Mexico, which shows significant copper mineralization potential.
