Questcorp Mining, Inc. (TSE:QQQ) has released an update.

Questcorp Mining Inc. has successfully completed a significant non-brokered private placement, raising $350,000 through the issuance of nearly 5 million units, each comprising one common share and one purchase warrant. The capital raised is earmarked for advancing their North Island Copper Property exploration and general corporate purposes, with an insider transaction also noted but exempt from certain regulatory requirements. Following the private placement, the company has also compensated finders with a modest fee and additional warrants.
