Questcorp Mining Inc. has revised the terms of its non-brokered private placement, offering up to 7,500,000 AI Units and 11,111,112 LIFE Units to raise up to $3.5 million. The proceeds will be used for exploration and drill work at their La Union Gold and Silver Project and the North Island Copper Property, as well as for general working capital. The participation of UK-based institutional investor Sorbie Bornholm LP is anticipated, and the offering is subject to regulatory approvals.
