Questcorp Mining, Inc. ( (TSE:QQQ) ) has provided an update.
Questcorp Mining has strengthened its advisory board with the appointment of Amandip Singh, a mining professional with over 15 years of experience in mineral exploration, capital markets and strategic transactions, including key roles in Newmont’s acquisition of GT Gold and the transformation of West Red Lake Gold Mines. Management says Singh’s technical and deal-making expertise is expected to support ongoing exploration at the La Union Project in Mexico and development planning for the North Island Copper Property, while a concurrent grant of 4.4 million incentive stock options to directors, officers, consultants and advisors, partly tied to market capitalization milestones, is designed to align insider incentives with the company’s growth ambitions and potential value creation for shareholders.
