Questcorp Mining and Riverside Resources have launched a fully funded Phase 2 exploration program at the La Union Project in Sonora, Mexico, following encouraging Phase 1 results that included high-grade gold and silver at the historic Union Mine and a new sediment-hosted gold discovery at Luis Hill. Field teams are now engaged in mapping, geochemistry, geophysics, structural analysis, and an expanded aeromagnetic drone survey to refine and expand drill targets ahead of a planned drilling campaign in early summer 2026, supported by recently consolidated mineral concessions that enhance the project’s district-scale potential.

Phase 2 work will prioritize follow-up on sediment-hosted gold targets, additional underground sampling where high-grade mineralization remains open, and first-time drill testing of CRD and lead-zinc anomalies at Famosa North. With permits, site access, and contractors in place, the program is designed to systematically advance multiple mineralization styles across the property, potentially strengthening Questcorp’s and Riverside’s positions in northern Mexico’s emerging gold and polymetallic exploration corridor and aligning interests for shareholders of both companies.
