Questcorp Mining, Inc. ( (TSE:QQQ) ) has provided an update.
Questcorp Mining has completed 12.8 line kilometres of induced polarization surveying at the Marisa Zone within its North Island Copper Project near Port Hardy, B.C. The new data will be integrated with a 1992 survey to build a 3D inversion model aimed at refining drill targets, following earlier work that intersected broad zones of copper mineralization in altered quartz diorite.
The company plans to use the combined geophysical interpretation to define priority drill targets and advance permitting for a potential drill program later in 2026. This step marks a notable de-risking milestone for the Marisa Zone, potentially enhancing the project’s exploration vector and supporting Questcorp’s broader strategy to unlock value from its copper-focused portfolio in a competitive base metals market.
