Quest PharmaTech Inc. has successfully concluded its annual general meeting, resulting in the election of four directors to its Board and the reappointment of its auditors. The company also disclosed the grant of 1.8 million stock options to Directors and Officers, pending regulatory approval. Quest continues to advance in biopharmaceutical development, including a promising theranostic agent for cancer in late preclinical stage.
