Quebec Rare Earth Expands with Strategic Acquisition

Metallica Metals Corp. (TSE:QREE) has released an update.

Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp., previously known as Metallica Metals Corp., has announced the acquisition of a portfolio of mineral claims in Quebec. The deal involves the issuance of 3 million common shares at $0.15 each to the seller for 45 claims in a region known for rare earth elements, north of Lake Manitou. The newly acquired assets span approximately 2,430 hectares and are subject to a four-month statutory hold period.
