Metallica Metals Corp. (TSE:QREE) has released an update.

Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp., previously known as Metallica Metals Corp., has expanded its mining portfolio by acquiring new mineral claims in Quebec. The property, comprising 45 claims over 2,430 hectares, is situated in a region known for rare earth elements. In exchange for the valuable claims, the company has issued 3 million common shares to the seller.
