Quebec Rare Earth Elements Completes Oversubscribed Placement

Metallica Metals (TSE:QREE) has released an update.

Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp., previously known as Metallica Metals Corp., has successfully closed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $1,041,440 through the issuance of new common and flow-through shares. The proceeds from the flow-through shares will fund eligible Canadian exploration expenses, while the common shares’ proceeds will support general working capital. The offering included insider participation and utilized certain exemptions for related party transactions.
