Quebec Precious Metals Approves Resolutions and Grants Shares

Quebec Precious Metals Corp (TSE:QPM) has released an update.

Quebec Precious Metals Corporation reported a successful annual shareholders’ meeting where all resolutions were passed, including the election of four directors and the appointment of KPMG as auditors. The company also announced the issuance of 1,145,000 deferred stock units mainly to directors and officers, and granted 30,000 stock options to a consultant.
