Qudian Inc., a consumer-oriented technology company, has announced the appointment of Mr. David Cui to its board of directors, audit committee, and compensation committee following the resignation of Mr. Shengwen Rong for personal reasons. Mr. Cui brings a wealth of experience from his roles in various technology and finance companies, including as CFO of Vipshop Holdings and Huami Corporation. The company’s CEO, Mr. Min Luo, expressed appreciation for Mr. Rong’s contributions and welcomed Mr. Cui’s extensive expertise to the board.
