Qube Holdings ( (AU:QUB) ) has shared an announcement.
Qube Holdings reported another record half-year result for H1 FY26, with underlying revenue rising 12.9% to $2.36 billion and underlying EBITA up nearly 10% to $196.3 million. Growth was driven by solid performance in its Operating Division and contributions from recent acquisitions, while statutory profit was boosted by a significant gain on the sale of land at Beveridge, Victoria.
Underlying NPATA increased 10.1% to $157.5 million and earnings per share also improved, supporting a 30.5% lift in the fully franked interim dividend to 5.35 cents per share, implying a 60% payout ratio. The company reported improving safety metrics despite a fatal contractor incident, and expects continued solid underlying earnings growth in FY26, with Logistics & Infrastructure leading gains and associates, particularly Patrick, contributing around $20 million more than in FY25.
Qube also highlighted the strategic impact of its acquisition-led growth model, citing strong contributions from assets such as AAT Webb Dock West, the ABH bulk handling facility and Nexus Logistics. In a major ownership development, the board has agreed to a scheme of arrangement under which a Macquarie Asset Management-led consortium will acquire 100% of Qube, a move management says reflects the value created in the business and is expected to provide a platform for further evolution of its logistics operations.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:QUB) stock is a Buy with a A$4.90 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Qube Holdings stock, see the AU:QUB Stock Forecast page.
