Qube Holdings Limited has announced the issuance of 1.2 million new fully paid ordinary shares in connection with its employee incentive plans, to be held by a trustee per the company’s Equity Plan Rules. These shares, aligned with the company’s 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting, are set to support employee entitlements under the incentive plans. The application for the securities’ quotation was made on September 17, 2024, as per ASX Listing Rules.
