Quartix Technologies PLC, a leader in vehicle tracking systems, has awarded Daniel Mendis, the Commercial and Operations Director, with 42,000 options exercisable at the nominal share price as part of his 2024 compensation. These options are tied to specific performance metrics and will vest in 2025 if conditions are met. Mendis, who currently owns 14,000 Ordinary Shares, will see his stake in the company potentially increase if the performance targets are achieved.
